Shipping Policy

I, Lou collaborates with local courier services, enabling products to be delivered directly to your home or to a post office branch. We take pride in offering fixed delivery rates.

Your payment will be charged at the time of ordering, and all payments must be verified and approved before dispatch, which may take a few days. To prevent credit card fraud, orders with incorrect billing information or those requiring additional verification may be delayed and/or cancelled.

Delivery Process

My system begin processing your order immediately, which means I cannot make any changes to your order once it has been placed. I only deliver to the address specified at the time of ordering. You will only be charged for the products delivered, plus any applicable shipping costs and taxes.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email.

Lou Jewel only deliver on weekdays, not on Saturdays or public holidays.

On average, it takes us 1 to 3 working days to process your order, but for some products, it may take longer, especially during holiday periods or if your order includes popular items with availability issues. Orders are dispatched once stock is confirmed.

If the order contains multiple products, these may be shipped separately due to the different locations of our production partners and may arrive on different days.

Deliveries

Once the order is placed and payment is confirmed, the order will be dispatched within 1 to 3 working days. It typically takes an average of 5 to 15 working days for the order to reach you.

Note: The stated timeframes are only estimates in working days. While we do our best to ensure your order is delivered on time, Lou Jewel is not responsible for circumstances beyond our control, such as necessary postal or customs procedures, public holidays, adverse weather, labour disputes, protests, etc., which may cause delays exceeding the original delivery timeframe.

The estimated delivery time has passed; where is my order?

In 99% of cases, your order will be delivered within the estimated delivery time. Unfortunately, there can sometimes be delays in the delivery of your order. You can track your order using the tracking number provided in the email.
