Return Policy
When a consumer purchases a product, he/she has the option of returning the contract within 30 days without giving any reason. The returning period begins on the day after the consumer or the representative previously designated by the consumer and the company has received the product.
During the cooling-off period, the consumer must handle the product and the packaging with care. The consumer may only unpack or use the product to the extent necessary to decide whether he/she wishes to keep the product. If the consumer makes use of his right of withdrawal, he/she must return the product with all accessories and, as far as reasonably possible, in its original condition and packaging to the entrepreneur, following the reasonable and clear instructions provided by the entrepreneur.
If the consumer wishes to make use of his right of returning, he/she must inform the company within 30 days of receipt of the product. The consumer must do this in writing or by e-mail. Once the consumer has communicated that he/she wishes to exercise his right of withdrawal, he/she must return the product within 30 days. The consumer must prove that he/she has returned the delivered product in time, e.g. by means of a postal receipt with a tracking number.
You have received the wrong product
We're all human, right? Although I double check everything, it is possible that I have sent you the wrong product. No problem, just send me a photo of the wrong product to info@lou-jewel.com and I will check it for you and help you further.
You have received a damaged/defective product
Although quality is my top priority, it can happen that a damaged product is sent by mistake. In this case, you do not have to return the product. You can keep it or dispose of it. Simply send me an e-mail (info@lou-jewel.com) with your order number and include a clear photo of the damaged product. If I can see from the photo that the product is damaged, I will send you a new product 100% free of charge as soon as possible. If you fulfil the above criteria, please send me an email to info@lou-jewel.com
Exchanges and returns are excluded if:
- The product has been used or is damaged.
- The product(s) is/are defective in its/their original condition and suitable for resale, unless the defect is our fault
- The product(s) are no longer in their original packaging.
If you wish to return the product, the shipping costs are at your expense. The shipping costs for the return are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the shipping costs for the return will be deducted from your refund.
